Did Wayne use his lines like this before?

Might be just me but I've noticed in alot of his new songs it just sounds so strange and I can't get into it when he spits alot of words after eachother before something rhymes..

For example on trippy:

My skin crawlin', my walls talking
The pictures in here lookin' at me
The ground movin', I'm seeing shit
I'm blowing like I'm stuck in traffic




Was he already doing this years back? Examples?

Nah but he usually rhymes every line or every other line. I just don't think I've never noticed like 3 unrelated lines after eachother before and I was wondering if this is something new he is doing. Looks like it
I guess this and all the pauses in between lines makes it sound wack to me alot of times.

It does sound wack indeed. The problem is that it is close to rhyming, but not yet it. That's annoying.

Well crawlin' and talkin' rhyme in first line.. but idk that song was p dope. I agree that I dislike the breaks he does in most of his newer songs, especially when it's lines that sound like sentences that shouldn't have breaks in between.

I disagree. It really fits the theme of the song cause he's trippin and the flow fits that vibe. It's like he is describing things as he sees them so he has to think and say the lines. Really clever if you ask me, I really like how he switched his flow up throughout the album. Just think of the transitions from the first few songs into a song like Back To You, very vulnerable, then into Beat the Shit, where he's just full on in your face line after then, then to God Bless Amerika, almost conversational yet chilling.

Kinda didn't sound like a rhyme in the way he pronounced it, but I thought of it.

Either way, there's just something wrong. Idk what sounds strange tbh but it's something new he does.. Alot of lines in his songs doesn't connect to anything, like "Picture in here looking at me" in this example. Something around that somwehere.
