Yes he fell off and he fell off a long time ago. Some people already accepted that, some people are barely beginning to realize.

Here's a list of a bunch of legends and their fall off points/peaks.
Legends
Kanye West - College Dropout
Eminem - Marshal Mathers LP
Jay-Z - The Blueprint
50 Cent - Get Rich or Die Trying
Lil Wayne - Tha Carter 3
Nas - Illmatic
The Game - The Documentary
EVERY great artists have their peaks and tipping points. We are currently witnessing Drake's, Kendrick's, 2 Chainz, and A$AP Rocky's peaks right now.
People move on and they enjoy the music that is released. We should not compare shit and end up saying shit is garbage. If you actually listen to IAHB2 and only think of Wayne after jail, then it is a pretty good album that is fun to listen to.
I don't want to get off topic here but Lil Wayne still have unbelievable talent. I don't want to hear all that eating pu**y everyday or blood this that. All he needs to do is sitting himself down and pick up the pen and pad and go. He's human just like us and have problems and notice things in the world. He can write some dope ish with substance and still make it sound good. Until then I agree he fell off. Nas is still doing it and so as Eminem who's Recovery album showed a big step of maturity in his life. That's why it was dope. Wayne can do it too. I honestly don't want to see his legacy fall.
No preventing the grind I gotta get it. I'll admit it to the game, true player no quitting. There u go shitting on the way a ni**a thinking. The only history I know is Benjamin Franklin..... Lil Wyane

Just like Wayne has made great music after the Carter 3, but he has never made anything as good.
These legends never really made shitty music after their peaks, it's just every artist has their own peaks.

Again, thats solely opinion. To you it may not sound good because you like his older stuff because you like that sound. But to others, they may say its the best because they like the newer sound. Nothing is really "better" its only opinion.........................

Wayne didn't fell off he just stoped trying to be the BEST. Waynes peak it's unreachable. 10th album and wayne still rapping with some dope punchlines and shit and he still makes old rappers look like beginners. In this new album you can tell rapping it's fucking easy for wayne. Meanwhile rappers struggle to make some shit rhyme.
Waynes 10th album and still worth listening. I fuck with it
Lets wait till drake or Kendrick makes their 10th album and you'll see what i mean.
they not even gonna get there because they cant. Before they fell off they gonna retire.Last edited by Cristhhian; 03-28-2013, 02:58 PM.
