Funny review. I agree with most of what you said. Except I don't mind the Trippy hook. It threw me off the first listen cause it completely switched up the feel of the song and didn't blend with Wayne's energy from the first verse, but I really enjoy it now. Oh, and Wowzers sucks

I think long reviews (well organized) should be able to be posted outside of that IANAHB2 thread. However, random thoughts or just saying "The album is dope! What do you guys think?" isn't thread worthy. If you can post a link to another site's review what's wrong with reading one from a fellow member?

I agree with some of it (Especially "Back To You") best Wayne song in a long time, and we need more like it. I actually thought "Lay It Down" was dope because that beat is insane, and to see him rap over it the way he did was dope. Cory & Nicki helped out too. " Romance " is a total fucking song. "Wowzers" is the total definition of the craziness of this record. "Shit Stains" should've replaced a song on the official tracklist. I like both versions of "Hot Revolver" but I like the fact that this one is more recent, and the rap verse was lyrically great in my opinion, just wish it was longer. But all in all, I rate it a 8.5 out of 10, just do to the fact that I love Wayne, its new, and most of it's insanely good. But, thanks for sharing your opinions bro!

haha i think since you don't listen to rap much is why you think Wayne's lyrics are sooo great and why you give the album such a higher rating. Most of the reviewers of this album ONLY listen to rap which is why they rate it so low, they have no diversity. I listen to all types of music which is why i can see the flaws & greatness of this album. You should listen to more rap and then youll realize how this albunm is nothing compared to his previous and youll understand why people are so mad at weezy these days haha.

Yeah thats exactly why i disliked the chorus,it moves away from the feel of the song soo much,i guess it gotta listen to it more. I meant the review to be funny lol.

Im not saying how lyrically it was just amazing, it's just that I like those lines. I think they're great. I don't like other rap that much and I've tried listening to it, I just dont like it. I like Wayne and his style. I rate it high because it's what I like and its my opinion. I know others aren't going to agree with me, and I dont care. that just my opinion. I've been honest, I don't care for any of Wayne's music below C3, but thats just me. That's my taste, and my opinion. I love this album, and it's because the music appeals to me. You guys can argue that he's not the same and his music may be shit now, but to me it's not.

Im not the biggest Wayne fan and never will I claim to be, I just enjoy his music and dig his style.

Agree with most of the review but IANAHB is incredible imo. His flow and voice inflections match the piano note changes incredibly well. Maybe give it some more listens, 5/5 for sure. 2 Chainz really does completely bring down Days & Days.
