Wayne's just ahead of his time.. People are too quick judging other people so they don't take their time thinking about the things he's doing and why

I mean he dropped an rock-album and got a lot hate for it even tho it's a dope ass album (or let's say an album with depth, you can't deny that) but don't think about the fact why he did it. Your favourite rapper doesn't even have the guts to do that (same goes for skating as neil. already said)

He wants to be bigger and better, not for the money but for the sake of music/him being remembered as the huge complex artist that he is

I mean you know it's true, watch the Carter Doc and now look at IANAHB II. It's exactly what he wanted to do

It's just hard for people to think out of the box and without categories of just rappers and just singers etc
They can't get used to new things without judging it first

For example, nowadays it seems like they all sippin' lean and it's cool and people even want him back on syrup and shit
But back then he had huge controversies and many were talking about it negatively

    (sry if bad english)
    You're right.

I remember when rappers called him a druggie and etc. Now they all sippin lol.

yeah I agree with you, sadly all that only happens in USA and mayby other countries, yo know, I'm from Mexico and everytime the ppl ask me what music I listen to I say "Lil Wayne" and they just be like "aahh who that??, the black guy who raps in the Eminem's No Love??" and I say " yeah, but not only that, he's the one who sold a milli in just one week! the best rapper alive! the man that made history!!, a legend!!, a classic!!, he's the hip-hop!!!!!" and they say "no, I don't know him..." and I be like I can't belive mexican ppl don't care bout listening to good music, they just settle with any wack singer that they watch in TV and don't even know where they come from... but I guess we're just from very different cutures, hope that's the reason...

anyway, if wayne ever sells as much as C3 with C5 or any other album he might drop, he and his fans will finally make the whole world (including Ye and Jay Z) shut tha fuck up!!!!

He'll probably do it again tbh. Be funny if he did.. After his so called "fall off" that all the blogs are reporting right now. If he sells another milli they'll blame it on illuminati
or birdman buying all the copies

Honestly what I'm most surprised with... is where he started off from. A bad neighborhood in New Orleans that was (prolly still might be) the murder capital.. that all changed once he met Birdman. But the most surprising part is looking back at where he started off from, then him being at that point where he was mad at Northern radio stations for not playing his songs around C2 era, then he reached that goal, then stepped into other genres because he pretty much took over and dominated rap and all the artists in it... Who knows what we'll get from C5 but I expect that it'll be huge in first week sales. I have no expectations of what will be on it cause it's Wayne, he's always changing himself which is something I like about him.

He did all that from such a low point in life. Not even like he was middle class or something and he made such a huge mark. That alone is amazing.

No offense to Drake, but that is the real Started From The Botttom.
