Nah. Drought 3 was better lyrically. Every song was killer. But on this 1, he didn't go AS hard as he went AS hard on Drought 3. But it's still the best Tape of the year imo.

yes amen my nigga..you said it perfectly
da drought 3 will go down as the best mixtape of all time, trust me there was something special about it, now with that being said i still love no ceilings.
Now thinking about it after I've listened to NO CEILINGS...i'm going to have to say that Drought 3 still holds the throne, this is a great mixtape but definitely not spilling swag juice all over the place as Drought 3 does..haha
hopefully wayne will continue this series like he did with the droughts.
i love to hear wayne make a remix to other rappers beats and murk them on their own beat.
i think drought 3 might be better but no cellings is wayyy up their to one of the best mixtape of 09
ps. PLZ CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE NAME OF shannels song that was playing in the background on "interlude 2" on no cellings?
even if weezy drops a c.d that sells a billie the first week nothing will top the drought 3 cuz that was when he was getting all his hype and itll never happen again
"somebody better let'em know I empty the banana clip in and in your cantaloupe,
