Yup he's smokes blunts and drink in the club all the time, Both against his probation.....
They had pics of him smoking & passing blunts and joints in the club and in the studio even last year.
even smoking while driving. Dude got money bruh.

I believe Wayne was drug free a short period after jail (expect for prescription drugs)

it's a fact that Wayne is on drugs again, several photos & videos of Wayne smoking joints & blunts have leaked.

Wayne started mentioning drugs again on Sorry 4 the Wait (about 6 months after jail release)

Wayne stopped smoking cigars and drinking redbull (seemed like he replaced lean & weed with these two at the start of 2011) and there been a few interviews where you can see he is obviously fucked up.
