Mack,Cortez and Waynes homies to not be 'yes men' cause mack is the CEO of young money (waynes company)so if mack started critiziseing waynes material he would lose respect from wayne if wayne fires cortez wheres he gonna go? Manageing Chanel West Coast? and wayne pretty much feeds all his homies anyway so they just appreciate what they get the only guys around wayne that could offer critizism and tell him to step up are Birdman Drake and Nicki which i doubt theyd do anyway
