Can't do it elsewhere. Drake's in his prime right now and it's still probably "cool" to "hate" Wayne. This might be the most unbiased spot considering I'm sure everyone that posted in this thread/voted are fans of both.

It's not like this is asking who's better overall artist, just who has the most appealing hooks.

It's easy. A lot of legends go through it; Eminem, Jay-Z, Kanye, etc.

And they do cause its "cool". Yeah it must be disappointing that he hasn't made a song similar to his pre-2008 self, but when people "hate" on him they don't say he fell off. They say he has no talent, he never had talent, and that he never made a lyrical song. That's ignorant people that hate just to hate to look "cool".

I'm not referring to those who witnessed the best rapper alive and seen him drop/rise a few times, but miss his old self. I was talking about those who just straight out refuse to admit that he's talented, a legend, and a great artist overall.

lil Wayne for me. Sometimes his hooks stayes in my had for weeks and maybe monthes. But Drake is awesome too. He has way better vocal but only vocal is not everything. Weezys style makes it everything classic and as you all said GOAT!

So if you listened to those and then listened to Make It Rain, Make It Rain wouldn't be the catchiest or most stuck in your head? Could just be me, but the flow he had on the hook, the sound effects he used, what he said, the beat, etc. just made it addicting as fuck. And that's just one hook. You also got Hustlers Musik, Leather So Soft, My Life, etc.
