I've been stretching my ears for over 4 years and I can tell you that those "earrings" he has are fake..his ear lobes aren't even big enough to stretch a 0 without ripping.

Please don't call them "Gauges" first and foremost..the term is called Ear lobe stretching. A Gauge is a size from 20-00g.

He's at a 0g, its obvious its real.
If your thinking about it, don't stretch to fast or skip sizes and if its from a new piercing wait 5 months or you'll get scar tissue and will be unable to stretch as much. I had 0s in each ear and I had to take them out because of scar tissue in my left ear.
He's at a 0g on one side, there called stretched earlobes not gauges get it right. End of story.

He's in the fractions area. 1/2, 5/8 of an inch maybe?
