We all knew (somwhere) in our mind that wayne was never droppin D5 today, here are the main stand out reasons:
1: Drama never backed Wayne. If wayne was bein real wit the whole "giv me like 10 mo days" tweet then Drama would have tweeted somethin backin up wayne's promise, but he never said shit.
2: Advertisements. If you all rememeber D4 had the WHOLE home page of Datpiff tattooed with the D4 album artwork, i have just went on Datpiff, and it doesnt even list D5 as an upcoming tape.
3: No material. Wayne only released 1 track so far, with no art, no tracklist and no features confirmed by himself, it was clear that Wayne was gonna let us down... AGAIN.
4: Lack of hype. Wayne appeared on the radio wit Drama when he was doin D4, and spoke about a few tracks he had already done with Drama. This time we have nothing, Drama hasn't even mentioned any tracks that Wayne has done yet. Also the term "like" used in Wayne's tweet is so cryptic, cos wayne probs thinks that 15 days is like ten days.
I am by no means a hater, i am desperate for this tape, and we ALL know that wayne is probs gonna be like here is a join from D5 and just leave us in the dark for another few weeks. Wayne DIDN'T have to tweet out a date, if wayne said "give me 10 days, and i will talk about D5 fully" i personally would have believed him more and would have therefore been a lot more pumped for this tape.
