Nah. No Ceilings would be the most overrated tape. Drought 3 gets all the praise it deserves. Dedication 2 is slightly overrated because I feel like it's neck and neck with Da Drought 3. Only thing that might give Da Drought 3 the edge is the fact that some of the features Wayne had on Dedication 2 were sub-par (Mack Maine was kinda bullshitting on Ridin' Wit' Da AK. And I really wish he'd have made Poppin' Them Bottles all him. Also, why the fuck is What U Kno so short?). However, I still skip some songs on Da Drought 3 more often than ones on Dedication 2 ("Don't Stop, Won't Stop" and "Boom")
