i don't know, but i guess just because he's called himself "Weezy F. Baby" for so long and the fact he's never said this line made my jaw drop:

"She wanna be Weezy F. Babysitter."

i cracked up. the man is on a level no other rapper in history has been on. maybe, maybe, maybe if 'Pac or BIG or Big L had lived to be older than they were when they died they would have reached that level. but probably not.
