Oh, no..My bad, I didn't realize how poorly structured my sentence was... I wasn't referring to that line when I said "last line"... I literally meant everything about the song is good except: "nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach and diarrhea get some pepto bismol ho!"... I put the quoted line as my favorite line from the song for the exact reason you explained....
