I came to the conclusion that everyone is actually misunderstood so that tattoo would just be un unique and permanent

No problems with tattoos, but I just don't see what there is to gain by copying someone else's.

Is he really expecting people to come up to him and say copying Lil Wayne's tattoos, on his face no less, is a good look?

Never said he was the first, the subject of this thread is "getting a tattoo like Wayne" as in seeing a tattoo on his body so now you want it on yours. And you statement support's what I said, the tattoo is un unique.
