-First, it was going to be a re-release of Tha Carter III with some new songs
-Later, it became Tha Carter III Rebirth. As Wayne called it "The birth of a new beginning"
-Ultimately, Tha Carter was dropped from the name and it became Rebirth, a full rock album

he was gonna drop c4 after c3 but wanted to try an experimental project in between
so he was gonna put out 'tha carter 3: rebirth'
but he ended up just putting out the rebirth album
