No, i could see Wayne doing I Gotta Feeling. That beat is very rap-able. Ive freestyled to it lots of times, even before i knew Wayne was doing it. Just listen to Wiz's song. He kinda like sings in them, while rapping. Its hard to explain. I could see Wayne doing a couple, but just a couple.
