        How To Love
        Wack Intro
        Not Being On The Interludes
        Dropped Ball On So Special
Not Delivering Like We Expected from Hearing 6 Foot 7 Foot

One is a progressive, radical, sonically perfected album that aims to break barriers.

The other is a generic, lazy, utterly forgetful album about absolutely nothing.

Secondly, these are not great songs:

-6'7" sounds cheesy as fuck most of the time; the beat, the high-pitched voice, half the lyrics--

"Tell 'em kiss my ass, call it kiss and tell
"Hoes gon' be hoes so I couldn't blame Tammy"
"Niggas think they He-Men, pow, pow, the end"
"Try me and run into a wall: outfielder"
"Money too strong, pockets on bodybuilder"
"Tell 'em kiss my ass, call it kiss and tell"

Not to mention Cory killed Wayne

-Mirror is a generic, schmaltzy incarnation of the typical 'deep' pop record. Nothing more needs to be said there.

-How to Love is even worse in that sense, and it has Wayne's terrible auto-tuned vocals and lazy guitar rhythms.

-John is a cool song. I quite like it. It's not a great song, though.

How To Love works for what it did to these young girls and John is a straight banger, that's all

Pussy Monster replaced Playing With Fire on the newer versions of Carter 3 because of a sample issue I think.

              I said I like John.

I'm not a young girl, so it doesn't relate.

I've never understood the notion of trying to appeal to different groups; surely if your music would that good it was just appeal to all groups?

I wouldn't even mind if it was a well-made song for girls, but it's not; it's awful.

All you said about Yeezus is about production, and Kanye really is a great producer, but as a rapper, he cant touch Wayne. I've been on KTT and a lot of Kanye fans agrees with me.

And dont come with some bullshit reviews, I dont give a fuck about them, and they wont change the fact that only Kanye STANS listens to Yeezus.

Yeezus is pure production, lyrics are 5/10, punchlines, wordplay, 2/10.

Tha Carter IV sold 1.000.000 copies on its first week, while Yeezus didnt sell even 300.000. I'm only bringing sells, to show you not only Wayne stans listen to it.

Lyrics should transcend punchlines and wordplay...lyrics are also about themes, imagery and such...and in that sense, New Slaves is a better song, lyrically, than anything on Tha Carter IV, by a mile.

I know Wayne is a better rapper, but we're talking about the album and the music as a whole...and on that front Yeezus is much better than Tha Carter IV. Better production, a bolder style, more cohesive, the list goes on.

What other objective scale can you base the greatness of an album on? Reviews do mean something, as much as people try to play them down.

Perhaps only Kanye 'Stans' listen to Yeezus. But only Kanye 'Stans' listened to 808s when it came out, and people were mad at College Dropout when it was released as well.

Listen to the interlude halfway through On Sight ("He'll give us what we need. It may not be what we want.")

Yeezus will be a cornerstone album in years to come...sure, people don't like it now, but people are sheep. People are afraid of change.

Hip-hop is changing, and Kanye is the mainstream frontier of said change, just as he was ten years ago when rap became more creative.

Oh I wasn't disagreeing with anything you said, just adding my 2 cents to your post =)

Well you know people have different music tastes.

One person who loves rock is not going to say when a rap song is one of the best songs they have ever head and the other way around.

The young girls appeal is because they are the group who actually buy the music.

                        Oh, I see

I do understand trying to make your music to appeal to all groups (to broaden your popularity and sales, etc.)

I just don't think How to Love is a very good song.

That's not a controversial opinion though lol

detail said wayne wasnt using autotune...he didnt say shit about any other kind of pitch editing software. wayne is using melodyne which is like autotune but much more in depth. it edits the vocals by each word so u can individually choose how u want each and every note to sound and allows you to smooth it out to keep it sounding less robotic than autotune. that's why how to love had that whack sound to it.
