Rebirth, IANAHB, IANAHB II, WAYM, isn't close in quality to the Carter series.

And the Carter series is so big and become so legendary i feel that Wayne takes them more serious then other albums.

Also i think LFLS didn't sell so much because of Birdman.

of course he takes them more serious, c4 was better than rebirth and ianahb, but that doesn't explain why people don't listen to the other albums IMO

Well we already know that the IAHB series is basically all throwaway from Tha Carter Series.
And LFLS didn't do well because it was a street album, all of the singles were hard-hitting street singles that wouldn't appeal to the mainstream, which is why LFLS is very highly regarded among hip-hop fans.

Tha Carter series should go down as the best hip-hop trilogy of all time.

Do you mean pentalogy since there is gonna be 5? But agreed it is one of the greatest hip-hop series' of all time for sure!

You're right but people are ignorant and decide not to. I know people who bump C1 to C4 but haven't heard of IANAHB series.

i think these people didn't like the albums like we on this site enjoyed them. i probably also would rather listen to the next album on a carter album, which name i already know, than to a album which i totally don't know, neither the title nor something else, except the artist.

IMO all mixtapes are better than the albums that are released to the same time, you can't compare d4 to c2 or something, but i mean the mixtapes that are released at the same time.

LFLS was dope AF in my opinions, and Birdman was actually dope in it. @Team Brrrrr!!!
I like all the albums, one thing I ask myself tho is any of the other albums better than any of Tha Carter albums. As in is the best non-Carter series album better than the least favorite Carter series album.

Yeah i agree, but i feel alot more people would've listen to LFLS if it was just a Wayne album, because they don't like Birdmans rap, even tho he did great on the tape.

BUT if people really like the carter albums, why don't they check out the other albums? if they became fan they had to, or am I wrong

Like most people they probably check out the album online first before deciding to purchase. The carter albums are of better quality than the others IMO so people decide to pay for these whereas IANAHB for example would just get downloaded via torrents or youtubeconverters etc. Just a hunch...

It's a shame that people have moved on from wayne, just because I have been a fan of his since I was like 13 (ten years), but all of my friends who used to love Wayne's music like I do now have that passion shifted to drakes or Kendrick's music. And hey, that's fair. While wayne was in a decline those dudes stepped up and took the top spot from him. I don't want him to drop C5 anytime soon but that is the only real wayne project that will bring those old Wayne Anne's back and make them remember how great wayne can still be when he wants.
