Bro all that shit is straight wordplay wise but he doesnt have the same flow anymore. He doesnt get on a beat then a year later people think it was his song. Swag Surfin, Ice cream, shoulder lean, Mr jones, king kong, Zoom, Wood Wheel. If any of those songs came on you'd start rapping waynes version. When Levels drops you expect Meek, SFTB, New Slaves etc. And thats just for the mixtape part.
He fucking raised the pitch of his vocals for whatever goddamn motherfucking reason so now that overpowers the content. Fast high pitch bullshit for MOST of his singles in the current era. Money on My Mind, A Milli, he was rapping in the style that niggas loved. No matter what that nigga said, he was metaculous with the delivery and not sounding like boy band rap.

Wayne changed the game more than any artist ever.

        1. You cannot name a single artist post-Wayne, that does not have an introductory mixtape. This is all because of what Wayne did with Dedication 2, Da Drought 3, and No Ceilings.

        2. Wayne is the only rap artist in recent memory with 2 #1 singles with no hooks in the songs.

        3. Tha Carter Series is widely considered the greatest rap album series of all time.

        4. Wayne has the consensus top 2 mixtapes of all time (DD3, D2)

        5. Other than Em and 50, Wayne is the only rap artist to do 1 million first week.

        6. Wayne is the only artist, except for Tupac, to have a number one album while he was in jail.
Yea all good points of course the blueprint series matches the carter series wayne only has 1 or 2 more #1 singles then jay I think ..I mean I can give and take from both artist both had great runs but jay is mike and Wayne is Kobe just the way it is

          7. Wayne revolutionized the feature game. Putting out 100+ features for two straight years has never been matched and probably never will be.

A Milli went #1 in Rap and 6'7" went #2 in Rap (close enough).

Exactly, they are all mixtapes that put those artists on top. For Jeezy, he ain't post Wayne, so he doesn't really apply.

Well said bro. These new age fans overrate D5 like fuck. It was trash for the most part.. 'Had a phone in jail, that's a cell phone' wtf!? It shows the current state of Waynes music that they think its a GOAT mixtape lmfao! I could name 100 Weezy verses that single handedly destroy D5... In fact I could name single BARS from Weezy of yesteryear that destroy that garbage tape! (Admitted D5 is still better than his last few years worth of trash music).
