While neither men have particularly profound lyrical content, I think it's safe to say that Lil Wayne is the better rapper overall. Though with him I'd say you have to kind of look at it from a tongue in cheek angle. I could never take Lil Wayne seriously like, Tupac, let's say, but on his own merits he's hilarious and definitely a listen. To me, Kanye tries to hard to be serious and I just can't even be bothered to humor it.

Second, no Wayne is not the best rapper alive now, maybe top 5 and that u say hes a real blood...He was or maybe just affiliated with some real bloods idk now when he talks about hes a blood its just fake like come on hes in hes 30s has kids and lives a normall life, hes no longer a blood, he doesnt dress and act like a true blood, he doesnt live the hood life so no hes not a blood anymore (if he ever was)...
