I gotta say, his voice before C2 is very different, almost as if another artist, but I think his voice before C2 was still okay, and lyrics were dope!!! I love C1, been listening to 500 Degreez and Lights Out recently, gonna make some space on my phone for them 2
I agree but more pre C1(Go DJ, Hoes, Bring It Back) than C2. I don't listen to much of his songs before then, but even so he still has some good songs like his verse on Shine(remix), Don't Trip, Project Bitch, etc. I find it hard to believe that you don't like ANY songs pre-C2 even if you're not a fan. Go through the 2000-2005 Wayne Features Thread if you think I'm wrong
pre C2 Wayne takes some time to learn to enjoy if you're used to the more mature deeper voice but it sounds pretty cool on some songs when his flow is really good. just give it time you might like it or not lol
Break a gram off and put it in my bitch nose She tells me how it feels, she's numb, she's froze Bitch! wake up and help me cook these o's I gotta get my cake up see all I eat is dough I'm a dangerous mothafucka watch your feets, your toes
Crazy you're missing out. Really gotta listen to all the mixtapes between 500 degreez & Carter II, you really hear his grind and how bad he wanted the top spot in his lyrics
