Should Wayne rap less than he does now?

I think the fact that he raps (almost) every single day is not good for the quality of his raps, especially because he doesn't write. I mean imagine, standing everyday in a studio and just rap something. Now we're not Wayne obviously, and he IS a lyrical genius but I think if he would rap less his verses would become better. I remember him saying he doesn't record an album but he just records songs and then put out an album. I don't want him to do that. I want him to become more creative and more critical of himself and his verses. I'd rather have him put out a couple good verses and a good album in one year than a mediocre album, a mediocre mixtape and tons of verses in which only some of them are actually good and stand out. With Tha Carter V coming I really hope we'll get some songs like Dr. Carter, in which he was really creative and just did something memorable, this is just an example though.

I know some of y'all are gonna think I'm stupid over saying this but I am actually confident it would make him better.

You got some points in there, but honestly I don't think Wayne will ever change now, he's been set in his way far too long. I'd love for him to take his time and write shit, and create an album in a really creative way, and not just let it fall into place with Tez picking songs or whatever, but yeah just don't see it happening.

Well that's the thing, I don't see it happening either and I just really think that sucks. I would looooooove to really hear him put out music, especially on his album, which is truly amazing. I'm also tired of constantly sticking up for him every where since everyone always says he's trash, fell off and only raps about pussy nowadays, which isn't true but I can't fully deny some of it...

I always speak the truth when people start saying to me he's shit... I say, no he isn't, he just isn't what he used to be and he isn't at the top of the game anymore. He lost interest a bit, prison fucked up the streak he was on. But at the end of the day he had his moment in the spotlight as the best rapper alive and he lived up to that name and changed the rap game in ways people don't even recognise.

So to say he is shit just tells me you know nothing about Hip Hop.
