It was for Wayne, the album would've been dropped a long time ago imo. The label is just fucking around (not YM or CM, but Universal). Wayne should just sign with Strange Music and release music exactly how he wants lol.

It's a sure thing they didn't come up with this parts idea few days before the 28th like he said, i think it's planned all along, the date was just to create hype then start promoting, people will crave the 2nd part after they hear the 1st and so on.. Ym management with the W this time.
