I am surprised but not shocked really.
Wayne has been very distant from Birdman for a long time. As a label they have a terrible reputation for not paying people, still getting sued from Carter 3 producers until recently. They made nikki into a commercial joke. Maybe greed and lack of integrity has been the downfall of cash money.
Wayne will come good again. He going to be going through some shit but he could be just as great maybe greater on another label for last album.
Sad day really as Cash money is a legendary label but maybe the time is right for Wayne to leave.
