It would seem like Tez is definitely lying (or at least dodging the question) in the video especially if the MediaTakeOut article is true in which case Tez would be on Wayne's side. I'm guessing Tez's lawyers don't want him talking to TMZ of all people right now, same with Wayne tweeting but i figure he felt like he needed to at least explain to us fans what little about the situation he can so we stop waiting on the album. He ressurected Cash Money and helped Baby and Slim as they helped him when he was nothing but a lil kid. Plus they're like FAMILY.
