But I hope he aint on there. Mrs Officer is like my least favourite song on C3 because of his voice on that hook. It sounds good when someone like Shanell sings it, he just sounds corny as fuck.

I assume no-one has read Empire State Of Mind, all about Jay-Z's business dealings?
The dude has not once in his life (apart from charity) dont ANYTHING FOR FREE!! It is six figures, minimum, for business ventures. Why in the world would Jay-Z want to be on a Rick Ross album for free? I know that Jay 'broke' Ross as an artist back in the mid 00s when he signed him on Def Jam, but that doesnt mean shit anymore. Ross is independent of Jay and Roc Nation now. There's no way he is jumping on a Ross joint purely out of the kindness of his heart.
I was watching a 2 Chainz interview on the breakfast club, and they asked him about how much he charges for a verse, and whether he does freebies. he said he doesnt do freebies or swaps. Everyone pays. Regardless of name and status. rappers dont just wander around doing free verses for their mates. I am sure some do, but havent you read all the shit about how much easier it is for a rapper to get a feature from someone on their own label? They have contractual obligations! A Roc Nation artist doesnt just 'jump on' a track from an MMG artist. There's royalties to be divided, there's executives who have to get paid.
Man.
Wayne and Drake? They're label mates. Wayne and Nicki? Label mates. Ab-Soul and Kendrick? Same.
Do a tiny bit of research before you start throwing shit around..
