Lawsuit isn't even dropped. It's been said since it was filed that if Birdman pays him, his money he no longer has grounds to even sue. And Wayne has been planning this lawsuit since I think it said 2012 so he's not just going to forgive and forget, he'll only release C5 on CM if it's the right way.
