Realistically he should though. I remember watching an interview, and he said once he got his situation figured out and settled, we’d hear a lot more from him. it’s been over a month since we heard from his lawyer that Wayne was happy with the outcome. i’m just hoping we get a Public Service Announcement soon or something to let us know what’s up.

He said he recorded about 90 or so songs for it in some video back in 2014 and was gonna take the 30 or so best and put them on a 2 disc CD set. Then he talked about he doesn't want to let any of the unreleased tracks go to waste so he said he'd release the leftovers on a separate project called Da Other Album. With how popular the long rap album is again now, it'd be perfect if it dropped in the recent future. Personally I feel they should narrow it down to the 15 best and release just that but that's just me.

He said he is going to drop it in 2 parts... Carter 5 pt1 will come out then a month or so later 2 will come out. Sort of like D6.

not confirmed but I saw an anonymous twitter account tweet that they heard from a source that it’s confirmed that it’s coming out in october, and promotion will start in September.
