i still want og c5 . why did we have to wait all this time for up to date songs that he can make a seperate album from? and i really hate uproar, problems, used 2 , took his time, he easely could have replace these for hit like a milli cuz i know he still can spit like that just look at p.o.m.s.

And this is the exact reason FWA was good. It was a breath of fresh air. But it wasn't quite perfected in the way C5 is.

I didn't even care about this kinda shit when C4 dropped either. I jus wanted him to be witty and creative and it took me a while to realize he really wasn't.

It ain't really hit me until 12-13 with IANAHB2 and D5. They were so much better than C4 and D4 to me. He started trying to be creative and witty again. Then Moment, Gotti, and Dusse happened and I wanted to actually hear him say some shit about some shit like he did on those...

And so on, and so forth.

Just got through for the first time and yeah it's a mix of D6 and FWA with a few original c5 tracks in there. I just can't stand the fact that waynes engineer is doing something wrong. It just doesn't sound like an album, that has been my problem with FWA aswell (I'm an engineer myself). Waynes rapping skills are amazing on this one but Idk I just can't enjoy 80% of the album because of this. On some tracks they even mixed the old versions with new ones. It's a problem I have with the new wayne that I just can't get past which is the reason he sounds so off sometimes... it's unfortunately not the album quality that I was looking forward to. Maybe I can enjoy it when I will listen to it in a few days again

i agree to some degree here something is weird about his mixing since SFTW2 era its like his voice sounds a bit more louder haha personally doesnt take away from the music for me but i can definitely appreciate a engineer having a different viewpoint
