Man, every artist in the world drops multiple music videos like just before album drop, when the album drops and like within 2 weeks after the album drop, except for weezy (not blaming him). We had a cheap music video almost a month after release, and then 3 months later a proper music video and now we almost waiting 2 months again.

Man, 2chainz dropped a music video a month before album (ok i get the no music video before album, cause it was a surprise) but then 2chainz dropped a few days after his album, then even a few days later he teased another music video with ariana grande, and now he’s on instagram showing he’s filming 2 dolla bill with Wayne and E40. It’s tiring tbh, I’m ofcourse so grateful for what Wayne does for us, maybe they didnt wanna push c5 as hard just to let the name speak for itself.

But then again, i know they gonna push his next album hard cause he wont get the first week sales like c5 if it aint a Carter album. So im curious for the marketing/promo for the next album

This is what I've been thinking.. Like they knew when C5 was coming they had the athletes posting with that stupid ass shit they thought was promotion but they didn't have the brainpower to realize in this era visuals are important? There should have been videos ready to go when the release came around, and they just have shown they don't care. C5 output after that original release week has been lackluster, all that #freeC5 shit and they put no effort into pushing it beyond the initial release...

AJayones made a beat out of this sample and it actually sounded really hard I think DJ Folk played a snippet of it with a hastag of C5. I really hope this drops @ajayones you've been one of my favourite producers lately. Wayne has some production talent behind him.
