So i looked up how much a it would cost to rent a billboard, and i don't think its dropping as soon as yall think. He could literally do a feature and get the money for 2 billboards for like half a year. Its chump change to them.

The price has nothing to do with how long until an album drops...
It could.
The cheaper the cost of a billboard = the more time they can afford for it stay.
The more time it could stay = the longer we could wait.
If it would cost 100,000 grand (random ass high number) to rent a billboard, you would assume the album would drop closer to when the rental was finished, otherwise it would be a waste. It's all business.

I understand the business aspect to it, but it still doesn't justify how much longer until the album is released... They have enough money to keep it for lifetimes! But that's not happening...
I think their plans with the billboards is to get Wayne's name up there, and as quickly as possible. 2 albums dropping, C5 being the most anticipated... It's coming, and probably sooner than we all think.
