Before Tour: We have to release content to the internet so the people can know about Wayne and C5. Give them songs and weekly videos

In Tour: Wayne should tell the crowd about the album and the date and that would be enough promotion. say, 20 thousand people come to a concert, say there are like 40 dates. Bam! 800 thousand people know about the album.

After tour: internet promotion again, TV promotion...release of the album.
