Olly said goat promo and thought it was happening a month ago.. I bet yall he made a NC 2 cover and was confused why it didn't come a month ago. Would he have called d6 "goat promo" nah...but No Ceilings 2 yes... That's why the album was pushed to October 28 cause that's the closest Tuesday to the NC 5th anneversary. Why hype the biggest album of the year if you package it with the best mixtape of the year? If ANY of that was accurate than yeah... That's goat promo.
