My expectations: C5 will be worse than C4, better than IANAHB2.
My hopes: It will be his best album lol.
I think if he just releases old material re-recorded it has potential to be C2, C3 level, but if he records a bunch of new tracks I don't see it being that good. I'll admit his recent verses have been way better, but they still don't touch what he was spittin before jail or right after he got out of jail.

I always loved the fact that lil wayne never really changed the genre(on rebirth it was more rapping on rock beats) and i hope that tha carter 5 will be straight hiphop but it would be cool if there would be songs on the album like mo fire which had a reggae vibe
