i actually think he could be on it, and everyone who says "no cause tez is an idiot" or some similar shit is just stupid af. look at the c3 and c4 singles, which features are on it? drake, t-pain, sttic major, bobby valentino, rick ross, bruno mars.
there is no irrelevant YM artist. tez fucking know which succes c5 can have and i doubt i will risk that success by feturing random YM artists on a single. he is not an idiot, he made the last two carter albums selling a milli first week. and who says its tez who wants the YM artists on an album? why can't it be wayne? just saying.
