Nowhere does Soulja say he's gonna be featured on C5, just giving Wayne beats. Bieber was there working on his shit, so Wayne could be on it, doesn't specifically mean Biebs is gonna be on C5. I'm sure Wayne knows what he's doing, and we won't be disappointed.
