Anybody that has followed Wayne for the last decade knows that he wouldn't do a tour without having new material to perform and he definitely isn't going to waste a tour this big on promoting a mixtape.. c5 is coming before august 8th.

Yeah, but we can't take their word that PP will drop before C5. It would make complete sense for C5 to drop before the tour, but then again you never know...

I think its like this. If they sell enough tickets through the pre order they wait and drop it next summer with another tour, and d6 this fall. Thats 1 tour off hype and 1 tour after c5 drops. If they don't like the numbers the presale is getting the promotion goes full-force and they drop it before the tour starts to sell more tickets. Its all about how much money they can milk before the supposed "last album". <- which is another promotion strategy.
