neither I believe. But the 25th is a Monday, and wayne dropped C4 on a Monday. cause it released after the awards at midnight.

The awards were on the 28th on a Sunday, and C4 was available that night at midnight, which was the 29th.

This year the VMA's are on Sunday August 24th, so maybe he's planning on doing the same thing and dropping it right after the awards at midnight on the 25th?
