of course there's a reason.. if they release it now, it wont sell over 500k in first week..

if they drop a mixtape near the end of a tour, wayne and drizzy, that will create massive hype for both of their albums..
then they will drop C5 in the week after the tour ends, and it will easily sell 1 milli in first week..

they will def use drake to maximum to push 1 milli in first week for C5..

That's a good plan, i hope they've got something like this in their minds to make up for all this delay.
