Why would you not be hyped for C5??
Every1 starting to say "Uhh im not hyped for C5 blablabla 24/7"... Why?
Yall bitching about not getting any Weezy songs or features then yall bitching about not being hyped about an album from him?
Then u all talking about bad promotion and shit like that lol. What other artist got better promotion for their album? I dont remember any big promotiong for Yeezus or Magna Carta Holy Grail.
What kinda promotion do yall want em to do? Go put up posters around cities and make TV comercials and shit? Or what do you want em to do? I dont get it.
Yall just NEEDS to find something negative about anything Weezy does smh.

Are niggas slow? Why "WOULD YOU" be hyped is the better question? If this nigga had one crazy good song he released as a single, I wouldn't care if he released that bitch in June. He'd still be able to ride off the momentum of that. But let's be honest. This new shit he's droppin'. Yeah, it's offering more than he has in years. That's the sad part about it. But it's just daunting how not one song has felt "HUGE". This is Tha Carter Franchise we're speaking about here. Not IANAHB. I will not accept mediocrity. Neither should you. And Believe me and D'usse are the only things worth mentioning lately. That's two "A'ight" songs, fam. Dedication 5 probably impressed me more.

2nd you dont even know if any of those singles gon be on C5. They might be. They might be the worst songs on there if they are on there. They might be the best. Who knows.
3rd I rather listen to Grindin/Believe Me/D'usse/Krazy then most of the songs getting released atm.
Im not gonna judge anything until we have a tracklist. I still think this album will be amazing.

Stop being so negative when you havent seen the tracklist of C5 or anything. You dont know shit yet.
The features we have had this year and songs like Moment and D5 is the best ive heard from Wayne in along time.
I think this album gonna be better then anything he have released after jail.

I'm not "hyped", but I'm anticipating this album more than any other because it is an album by one of my all time favourite artists, and a Carter album at that. I'm certain countless other people feel the same as me. I feel like it would be absurd to be "hyped" this long before release, hype will come in due course. They will of course release proper singles, we sit here talking about how hopeless they are at promo but remember these people manage some of the most popular pop stars in the world. but fuck cortez
And again... we all know it's going to get pushed back, this is Young Money Cash Money ffs, I'll be amazed if it isn't.
The fact that everybody is going on and on about how there is no hype just shows how much anticipation there is for CV. One big song and that anticipation will turn to "hype".
