lol your kinda right but its too late for a delay, it doesnt make sense to not have the album ready and not announce a later release date and "legal issues" doesnt make any sense either, its 2014 a lot of shit changed, if lil wayne announced on ESPN the album to be released on Oct. 28, 2014 by Cash Money Records, Young Money Entertainment, aaand Republic Records and with iTunes it just doesn't seem like this carter is gonna be pushed back like all the other ones haha but hey anything is possible
