Correct me if I'm wrong but I been reading a lot about the beiber feature in album.. I think it's a marketing thing.. I feel like beiber has soooo many followers it might help sell the album to those fans maybe?? And wayne isn't stupid, yes it says featuring beiber but The song will prolly have beiber say sumtin or maybe or sing like 5 seconds but since he's on track he's gotta put the feature.. I've seen a lot of artists do it ESP Kanye.. He has like 10 features a song and sometimes U don't even know those people were on the track.. Just my thoughts
