I hope its a great album. I hope its not to be compared to past albums, because that was years ago.

Stop comparing the music, and just listen. If it's good it's good, if it's not its not.

    • I don't believe that "it will grow on you" nonsense. I can listen to a song/album one time and tell if I like if or not. for instance, popped in the under pressure cd. never heard him before that, all I could think was wow, this is a great album. I don't believe in forcing music, if it's good normally you'll like it right away, otherwise you're doing what the radio does and just force feeding yourself music until in becomes ingrained in your brain. that can't be healthy

Interesting viewpoint, jay z disagrees, he says you should sit with an album through months before you make a judgement on it. I agree with you but that's cause Im a reviewer. I don't have time to listen to albums 20 times. I listen three times and base my review on that usually

It is not non sense, ofcourse there are songs that you hate immediatly or the ones you love immediatly.

But some are there songs like, you don't know what you think about it. And after alot of repeats you can decide if you like it or not.

I didnt like Grindin the first listen. now it one of my favorite songs right now.
