there will be too many problems, like:

- What will happen to Young Money? Since it's part of CM and Birdman got a huge share from it, will lil wayne be able to take it with him?

- If Wayne takes young money, what happens to Drizzy and Nicki? their contract is with Ym which is part of CM which is part of universal..so will they go independent too?

- Wayne is so used to being in a label, he wouldn't be able to handle to be independent...how will he manage studio time? releasing albums? dude barely knows how to use twitter, how will he start to put his shit to the internet? lol

I hope he gets a no ceilings 2 started. Dusse had that no ceilings flow. I haven't liked his very recent stuff since off day but maybe he will have lots of energy with all that's going on. Kinda excited for whatever we can get.

Wayne should've did like Drake and Ross. They're signed to two different labels with different distribution companies. Drake is YM/CM as a solo artist but is also OVO/Warner, so if CM did him like Wayne he could always release it through OVO/Warner. If Wayne is able to take the label with him then he'll probably go Warner or Def Jam

The end of this is true. Wayne seems like he needs someone telling him what to do, when to rap, how to manage his finances etc etc. he needs a label. Tyga might think he doesn't but he does too. Independent is very difficult.. The people who have had success independently have always been independent, and they've either made their own beats (Tyler, mac miller) or they've had people in their clique producing (TDE, jay). Wayne would need to take artists and producers with him IMO. Otherwise he's gonna spend all his time choosing beats, working out marketing strategies, sorting out his finances.. I mean can anyone seriously see Wayne doing all that?
