what new is there to do? U2 and Jay were pretty pioneering.. Thom Yorke released through BitTorrent. I cant really think of a new way.. Maybe if you buy a Trukit hoodie, it comes with a USB input with the album pre-loaded and headphones built in to the hood? Nipsey Hussle's idea was cool. Limit production, charge more. Say, charge $100 and limit production to 10k. Then promise to release the record for free 6 months later

kind of hard tbh...

there will be too many problems, like:

- What will happen to Young Money? Since it's part of CM and Birdman got a huge share from it, will lil wayne be able to take it with him?

- If Wayne takes young money, what happens to Drizzy and Nicki? their contract is with Ym which is part of CM which is part of universal..so will they go independent too?

- Wayne is so used to being in a label, he wouldn't be able to handle to be independent...how will he manage studio time? releasing albums? dude barely knows how to use twitter, how will he start to put his shit to the internet? lol

don't think it would be easy for Wayne (mentally) to just let Young Money go tbh...he build it...he got Drizzy, Nicki..ect to where they are...If leaving CM means he will have to YM go..then I dont think Wayne would leave CM
