Wayne was just in the studio with some in-house CM producer and he's been in public with Baby a lot more recently so I think we're slowly getting there.

Personally I’ll wouldn’t be surprised if Wayne drop single before the summer but i don’t expect Carter V to come out until 2019

I think Wayne needs to drop Carter V this year, if he loses all the hype he got from D6 and Reloaded, that would be a bad move. Personally I think that if the rumored song with Justin Bieber is actually on the album, then they should make a music video and single and drop it to that song. That will get Wayne trending like crazy for sure, which will create the perfect hype for a album release.
