I thought I saw somewhere he wanted to put out young Carter 2 sometime in July

He can't drop it just like that , we've waited 4 years. All that time built a lot of hype around the album , first he has to inform us what's happening , he has to make appearances, at least a couple of new singles with videos, maybe a world tour, that's the only way their team can capitalise on this album and for wayne to eventually get to 08-11 fame level if that's even possible. But for all of that to happen properly i think we have to wait at least to 2019.
