Idk I'm still hopeful for Friday. We saw Wayne doing that shoot with the same photographer from C4 a month ago, Wayne fired Tez months ago, Wayne was freed months ago, basically what I'm saying is I think there's been a lot going on behind the scenes that we still have no idea about. Hopefully Wayne's team saw how much hype is being generated around the 21st date and capitalize on it. Part of the hype could be because the date isn't official but everyone is anticipating it so if it actually does come out the 21st the world would erupt. It'd be epic

Yeah, but the c2 era had better story telling, that hunger, charisma, voice. Everything was on point imo.

But yes. Today, now he is the best he's ever been lyrically.

Olly hits the nail right on the head. Wayne today is honestly way more versatile than he's even been. Even though his prime had the charm and hunger, Wayne now is a whole other beast that could easily take on his former self I feel. TBH if Wayne's lyrical prose was ever represented as age, then it's definitely aging like a fine wine and 2011-13 was just the midlife crisis. We honestly are blessed as Wayne fans to be living at the same time as this dude.
