I know a lot of people might disagree with this but I do want a long album from Wayne. No 12 songs. More then that. He is 1 artist that I listen to the whole album from. I want only a few features. And Nicki and Drake are the 1s I want. I agree I would want story telling songs. Deep songs. That outrow they talked on the interview with billboard sounds promising but I hope he does more. I just want this album and for Wayne to be back where he belongs.

Tbh I agree with u I’ve always been the type of person that likes long albums more music for us lol I just can’t stand like 3 track eps I love when an album has lots of tracks

The hype died down a lot imo. Seems like we're the only people waiting for the 28th. The rest is blaming Wayne for a missed date he never confirmed.

Since we’re pretty close to the release of the album (hopefully), what are you guys hoping for with this album? Considering the fact that this is his last Carter album which marks the end of an era. I’m hoping this album has very minimal YM features, preferably just a Drake feature, Nicki is expected too, but I want a new feature with Drake to replace Believe Me.
I’m also hoping for some good story telling tracks from Wayne. He mentioned with Billboard he has that outro when he attempted suicide which i’m really excited for cause we’ve always thought it was an accident for so long, it’ll be interesting to hear how it actually went down. I’m also kind of hoping for a track where he talks about his situation with Cash Money, and how everything went down and what led up to it. Not really a diss track, but just how it all went down since wayne and baby are cool again.
I’m just hoping we get this album soon, im itching to have it.

I wouldn’t mind a touch of FWA on there as far as story telling— I favor the FWA a lot in his disc. I thought it was a great album

release date announcement at BET Awards on Oct 16th, and album drop on Oct 26th.

I feel like he accepts his award on 16th and he announces carter v at midnight.. your accepting a huge award for your biggest album and I’m sure a lot of wayne fans are gonna be watching him get the award - almost seems too perfect of a situation

Gues it's coming out in October. Someone talked to Kieran Braddish in their DMS and hes the one on IG who's been posting the new snippets like the feeling one and the famous snippet. He said the rollout for cV is gonna go down in history, and hes thinking october. Makes me wonder though, what is this countdown for? Fuck them if it's just a countdown to Wayne birthday lmao, but I'm thinking it's a countdown until they announce the album.
