When you start listening to a Wayne? I've noticed some folks wasn't lookin for introspective Wayne, but the lack of that is what got Wayne on errbody shit list in the first place, so this album was absolutely necessary. But most fans of 08/09 Wayne just want fun Wayne (most of C3/NC).

ive been a fan of wayne since 07. fucked w c1/c2/c3/(most of) c4 - rebirth - ianahb 1&2 - no ceilings - d2/d3/d4/d5 - (most of) fwa - sftw/(1/4th of) sftw2 - and thats about it album/mixtape wise. features is a whole another story. everything after sftw2 has been a STEEP decline in terms of flow/lyrics/voice/horrible autotune usage/etc. i cannot tolerate his fast nonsense rapping in that high pitch off key voice. i just cant. wayne's low raspy voice is what MADE him wayne. now all i hear is screeching. he cant even use autotune properly anymore it's literally in the wrong key 3/4ths of the time yet somehow he was fucking ridiculous with it from like 08-12. idk what happened to him but it's VERY depressing to me because everyone is so content with this current style he's been doing since D6 & to me it is just not good. & everyone on here can go ahead & trash me cuz i'm being honest i could care less, this is not the wayne that made me a fan. this is the wayne thats trying too hard to sound like mainstream rappers who are ironically all trying to sound like him.

i still enjoyed C5 though,a solid 3 out of 5 stars..maybe 3.5
